DOMESTIC SHIPPING INFORMATION (USA):

* Please note that all orders require one business day for processing before being released for delivery.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. All orders received after 2:00 P.M. CST/CDT on week days, or on the weekend or a holiday, will be processed the next business day.

To ensure that your order is shipped without delay, please double-check your billing information to make sure it matches your credit card account address. Verification and order processing normally takes one business day.

If you require Saturday delivery, please email us at info@thebeadbugs.com, and we'll be more than happy to make this arrangement for your order.

Shipping costs are not refundable upon returned or replaced items. If a returned item was shipped for free, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
TheBeadBugs.com offers flat rate shipping to our international customers via United States Postal Service (USPS). We currently ship our great beaded gifts to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, New Zealand, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom. The cost for flat rate shipping is $8.00 per single item plus $2.00 for each additional item.

TheBeadBugs.com also offers international shipping by USPS Worldwide Expedited service to the following countries: France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Spain, and the United Kingdom. The cost for USPS Worldwide Expedited shipping is $13.00. The estimated delivery time is 10-20 business days.

PLEASE NOTE: All items being imported to a foreign country are subject to inspection by customs and duties may be assessed accordingly. You will be responsible for paying any import duties that may be due at the time of delivery. TheBeadBugs.com cannot determine these fees during your purchase transaction.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER:
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from thebeadbugs.com customer service team.

Locate the tracking number on your shipping confirmation email, enter that number at http://www.usps.com/shipping/trackandconfirm.htm to check the status of your order delivery.

Tracking details may not be available to you immediately as it may take 24 hours before tracking information is updated on the shipping carrier's website as listed above.

SALES TAX:
TheBeadBugs.com charges NO SALES TAX for any purchases shipped outside the state of Illinois. If we are shipping your order within Illinois, sales tax will be charged.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
Our goal at TheBeadBugs.com is to make our customers feel great about their purchase. If you are not happy for any reason, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, or defective merchandise for a full refund of the original purchase price.

Returned merchandise should be sent back to us within 30 days of the purchase date. It should include the vendor packaging and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective.

Please follow the steps below to ensure the timely processing of your return:

• Carefully repack your order in the TheBeadBugs.com packaging as it was received.
• Make sure the package is sealed with tape to ensure that the goods are secure during transit.
